Get started with your lunar age at first and move towards the time when your baby was conceived, which could give you a full view of the genders of your children. B stands for boys and G is for girls.

If you are born in 1984, Gregorian calender you’re 29 years old in year 2013. But in Chinese calender, you’re at age of 30 years old. Then you should refer to to age of 30, conception month from Sept – Dec should be Male baby.

The easiest way I know is to add 2 yrs in your age to roughly convert it into lunar age. The moment of conception for almost every women come around mid of the menstrual cycle and that is almost 2 weeks from the start of mothers last periods. this way you can check the gender in which month did u conceive and in which lunar year.
It has worked for me twice 🙂 but it didn’t work in one of my siblings case and in case of my sister’s first baby. I have told many people about it because I have found it working in 90 % – 99 % of the cases.

It says LUNAR AGE so your age plus the months youve lived so if u turn 20 in feb and its sept u have to count those months PLUS the time spent in the womb and THAT is your lunar age that they use for this calendar! So if ur 20 u can not just go to 20 and then pick the month its more complicated than that hence everyone asking fo help. It is a bit complicated. With my three previous children I did it the wrong way my normal age not lunar but I did it by the expected due date and it was right three times and my sil did her three boys akd it was right which she hoped the last one waz wrong. But confusing now. If done by expected due date its right but if u do it by time of when u think u concievedbetter make sure u findd out your lunar age

Hi, i would not rely on these charts, most girls are concieved before ovulation and boys are concieved on the day of ovulation and the day after ovulation.
for example – a woman has a 28 day cycle and she ovulatesday 17 but she concieved day 14,15,16,17 should be a girl as it is before ovulation. a woman concieves day 17, 18, 19 of a 28 day cycle then it should be a boy. female sperm live longer and male sperm dont. the lunar year thing is not always right.

If this is correct… if you conceive in April or June you MIGHT have a girl. Go to line 30 and the ones with the girls you want to conceive the month AFTER what they are on cause the lunar month of conception is one month before you actually conceive. Hope this helps and good luck! 🙂

Just wanted to let everyone know a way to figure this out as I have three boys and am getting ready to try for a girl in the next year or two. The mothers Lunar Age at time of conception is 1 year older than they are at the time of conception. And the Lunar Month of Conception is the month before they actually conceived . Soo,If I were to get pregnant now (January 2014) then my Lunar month of conception would be December. And since I’m 22 now my Lunar Age would be 23. So go to 23 and go over to December and that is the gender I’m predicted to have. Hope this helped yall!!! Good luck everyone!! 🙂

When you look at this you need to take into account that the Chinese are on a different calender then we are. For example when I got pregnant in July 2013 I was 21 in the US but the Chinese consider me 22 at the time. They also considered me conceiving in May which would be by their calender. Really it’s just for fun and entertainment.
